Merman unboxes the Founders Edition of the new Evercade VS Console

After launching the handheld in 2020, Blaze Entertainment have now redesigned the Evercade to be a home console - with four USB controller ports allowing for multiplayer. All existing Evercade cartridges will work with the new console (except the Namco Collections due to licensing issues).

After launching the handheld in 2020, Blaze Entertainment have now redesigned the Evercade to be a home console - with four USB controller ports allowing for multiplayer. All existing Evercade cartridges will work with the new console (except the Namco Collections due to licensing issues).

Four new Arcade cartridges launched alongside the VS, bringing games from Atari, Data East, Technos and the featured cartridge here from Gaelco.

The console has WiFi support for updates, and a Secret Menu for unlocking extra games and secrets. The dual cartridge slots allow for hotswapping, and combinations of cartridges will also unlock hidden games. Display options include scaling and optional scanlines.
